Day 01:

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel in Kathmandu. After checking in and freshening up, take some time to relax and soak in the vibrant energy of Nepal’s capital. In the evening, explore Thamel, a bustling hub of cultural experiences, souvenir shops, and authentic Nepali cuisines. For a serene escape, visit the Garden of Dreams, a beautifully restored neoclassical garden perfect for unwinding after your journey. Later, enjoy a welcome dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant, where you can indulge in dal bhat, momo, and other local delicacies.

Begin your day with a heavy breakfast before setting out to explore Kathmandu’s rich cultural heritage. Your first stop is Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that showcases the grandeur of Nepal’s mediaeval architecture including Hanuman Dhoka Palace, Kumari Ghar, and Taleju Temple. Next, visit Swayambhunath, an ancient Buddhist shrine perched on a hilltop, offering a panoramic view of Kathmandu Valley. Start with a visit to Tal Barahi Temple, a beautiful two-storey Pagoda-style temple dedicated to Goddess Barahi, located on an island in Phewa Lake. enjoy a relaxing boat-ride on the lake while admiring the reflections  of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre mountains. Next, visit Bindhyabasini Temple, an important Hindu shrine that offers stunning views of Pokhara and the surrounding hills. Continue to Davi’s Falls, a fascinating waterfall that disappears into an underground tunnel, followed by a visit to Gupteshwor Cave, where you can explore a sacred Shiva shrine hidden within the cave. Day 07:

Wake up early to enjoy the refreshing morning air of Pokhara. Take a short visit to Sarangkot, a popular viewpoint offering breathtaking sunrise views over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, passing through rolling hills, rivers, and charming villages. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupa in the world built on a massive three-level mandala-style platform and is 36 meters in height. The base of the stupa is adorned with 108 small images of Dhyani Amitabha Buddha and is inset with prayer wheels. Thousands of pilgrims circle the stupa in a clockwise direction each day by spinning the prayer wheels. It is said that each spin of a prayer wheel is the equivalent of reciting the mantra.

Today, you will have some free time for last-minute shopping or relaxation at a cozy cafe in Thamel.
