Drive to Pokhara and from Pokhara it is a three hour walk from the roadhead. A local village management committee takes responsibility for arranging accommodation, sightseeing and guiding in the village which consists of 60 households. It is a very neat and clean village, the accommodation is simple, but comfortable, with good bedding, as well as clean toilet facilities. Meals of daily fresh food are eaten with the local family, and each evening there is entertainment provided by the community, which is usually Gurung dance and folk song.There is a Buddhist monastery/Gompa in the core of the village; it has a vibrant Gurung culture, with a mix of Buddhist, Hindu or Shaman. The region abounds with flora and fauna, with two hills nearby providing stunning views of Nepal’s western Himalayas. Trails and steps are formed and paved, and many shrines and pilgrimage sites dot the landscape. The season is September to June, and while staying there visitors can visit cottage industries such as traditional handicrafts and paper making; and a plant nursery covering 380 hectares of flora, including one million trees and plants. There are two small lakes nearby and bird watching and wildlife observation are possible.

Day 01:

Upon arrival, meet and transfer to your hotel.

Day 02:

After breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur city. Back to hotel have rest and in the afternoon again start half day sightseeing tour of Bajrabarahi and Chapagaon.

Day 03:

After breakfast fly to pokhara approx 30min to get Pokhara. Arrive Pokhara and transfer to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 04:

After breakfast proceed for half day sightseeing tour of Pokhara city including Devi’s fall, Gupteshwore Mahadev cave, Seti River, Bindhyabasani temple and Barahi temple with one hour boating on Phewa lake.

Day 05:

After breakfast drive to Sirubari via Badkhola, Darau. Stop for lunch en route Syangja Bazar and arrive Sirubari village between 4 to 5 pm. Welcome ceremonies, blessing by village lama, snacks and allocation of accommodation.

Day 06:

Depart village on foot for mountain views and sunrise at Thumro. Snacks will be served at Maidan Kharka before sunrise. After viewing sun rise return to Sirubari. Breakfast and Lunch at home. After lunch visit village, funeral place, school and back to home. Dinner with family. Evening culture program at gompa.

Day 07:

Breakfast with family and meet group at gompa for farewell ceremony. Depart Sirubari at 8.30 am for Pokhara via Karkinetta, Seti Doban and Naudanda. Stop for lunch en route. Arrive Pokhara and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 08:

Transfer to airport for Pokhara / Kathmandu flight. Arrive Kathmandu and transfer to hotel. Overnight at hotel.

Day 09:

Free day in kathmandu for shopping or you can use your time for kathmandu sightseeing.
