The journey follows the Annapurna trekking route with mountain yoga practice. This Himalayan wellness retreat is a trek package crafted by Attentive Holiday Tours and Travel for trekkers planning a spiritual journey to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m). It is a beginner friendly yoga trek in Nepal as trekking to ABC is moderately easy and even beginners can do it. The journey seamlessly blends the adventure of trekking with daily yoga and meditation for a healthy trekking lifestyle.

Unlike the standard ABC trek, this Annapurna Yoga Trek Nepal integrates a unique experience with daily yoga sessions during the trek, allowing you to reconnect with your body and mind amidst the serenity of the mountains. From peaceful mornings with sunrise yoga in the Himalayas to calming evenings focused on meditation in Annapurna mountains, each day of yoga hiking offers a complete holistic trekking experience. This is greater than the old and boring ABC trek, it’s a journey which delivers yoga at Annapurna Base Camp surrounded by towering peaks.

One can only imagine the feeling of such mountain yoga practice which allows you to get trekking and meditation benefits while overlooking the peaks like Annapurna I (8,091m), Machhapuchhre (6,993m), Annapurna South (7,219m), Hiunchuli (6,441m) and Gangapurna (7,455m).

Starting from Pokhara, the trail follows the classic route of charming Gurung villages of Ghorepani, Tadapani, Chhomrong through lush rhododendron forests and along the Modi Khola river, gradually ascending into the breathtaking Annapurna Sanctuary. Along the way, trekkers experience a perfect balance of adventure and wellness, making it one of the best yoga treks in Nepal. The route also includes highlights like Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3,700m), ensuring you experience both natural grandeur and inner peace through guided yoga practices.

This yoga trek to ABC is typically crafted as a 9 days Annapurna Base Camp Yoga Trek itinerary, ideal for travelers who want a well-paced journey with time dedicated to both yoga and trekking in Himalayas. Each day involves 4 to 6 hours of walking combined with guided yoga, breathing exercises in high altitudes and relaxation techniques directly promoting a unique healthy trekking lifestyle in Nepal alternative to the repetitive and overdone trekking to base camps.

Annapurna Base Camp Yoga trekking offers panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks of Annapurna I, Machhapuchhre, Hiunchuli, Dhaulagiri and Gangapurna making it not only a physical journey but also a mindful nature and yoga retreat in Nepal.
